The management’s strategic guidelines are based on the following principles:
- Dedication to customers, ensuring the implementation and development of relationship models that allow it to know and understand their needs and expectations, both current and future, to achieve their full satisfaction and the creation of sustainable value, promoting partnership relationships.
- Promoting partnership relations with suppliers through careful selection, which must faithfully comply with KLOG’s principles and values, focussing on developing close commercial relations that guarantee top quality services, cost reduction, continuous improvement in environmental performance and respect for social policies, thus also actively contributing to customer loyalty.
- Involvement and development of employees, through a complete integration process and regular monitoring, via the performance management model, ensuring high levels of quality, promoting communication, interactivity, motivation, accountability, participation, and rigour. At the same time, we reinforce our commitment to developing our employees’ skills through internal training programmes that promote continuous development.
- Promote safe and healthy working conditions by preventing accidents at work and minimising health and safety risks through the promotion of a safe working environment, with a focus on preventing injuries, damage to the health and safety of its employees, clients, external collaborators, and visitors.
- Promoting environmental awareness, with a focus on environmental protection, pollution prevention, sustainable use of natural resources and raising awareness among all employees, culminating in the common goal of continuous improvement in environmental performance.
- Continuous improvement of management systems, systematically optimising its processes, using correct planning and full use of its technical and human resources. Based on the results of the management review, KLOG defines annual objectives and indicators, which are reviewed and analysed monthly, promoting employee involvement throughout the process.
- Compliance with legislation and regulations applicable to KLOG and management systems in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015, NP EN ISO 14001:2015 AND NP EN ISO 45001:2018, NP EN 14064, NP EN 27001:2013, SQAS, HACCP, GDPR and AEO standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements, including legislation, sector regulations and compliance obligations, prioritising compliance with the principles set out in the Code of Conduct and the Ethics Committee Regulations.
- Participation and consultation with employees, involving them in seeking their views on occupational health and safety before and during decision-making.
- Involvement with the community, through projects, actions, and social initiatives, establishing an ethical and transparent dialogue with stakeholders. Our involvement considers their expectations and the social, cultural, economic, political, and environmental context, reinforcing our commitments to sustainable development and social responsibility.
- Financial solvency, capable of guaranteeing the financial commitments made in the medium and long term, leveraging future growth.
- Data protection and information security, guaranteeing the privacy and respect for the rights and freedoms of personal Data Subjects, as well as the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information relevant to the business, KLOG employees and business partners, by defining different levels of protection adjusted to the type of intrusion.
